One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with beejjj. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
Registration Requirements. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify beejjj immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. beejjj will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.
Account Verification (KYC). beejjj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any time. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the beejjj Privacy Policy. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe may be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Account Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your beejjj account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any pending bets placed prior to account closure will be settled in accordance with these terms. Eligible withdrawable balances will be paid out to your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction, regardless of payment method. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by beejjj, though your payment provider may impose its own limits. beejjj is not responsible for any deposit that fails to reach your account due to limitations imposed by your payment provider.
Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two minutes of a successful request. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. beejjj reserves the right to extend withdrawal processing times where additional verification is required.
Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the beejjj account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. beejjj reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including verification of the payment method used for the original deposit. Where bonus funds have been credited to your account, withdrawal of those funds is subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 7 of these terms.
Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the beejjj platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied by beejjj. Any conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are beyond beejjj's control and are your sole responsibility.
Failed or Disputed Transactions. If a deposit does not appear in your beejjj account within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your payment provider's side, please contact beejjj support with your transaction reference number. beejjj will investigate and resolve any confirmed discrepancy. Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated by the player without prior engagement with beejjj support are considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.
Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the beejjj sportsbook are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection, and stake amount — before confirming placement. beejjj is not obligated to cancel or amend any bet once it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances explicitly covered by these terms.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement. beejjj reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or markets at its sole discretion, including where irregular betting patterns are detected.
Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by beejjj in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the event is postponed and not rescheduled within a period specified in the relevant sport rules; the bet was placed on an incorrect price due to a manifest error; or the event result cannot be verified from an official source. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to your account.
Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds from certified data providers. beejjj does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of in-play markets. Bets placed after the conclusion of an event, or after the relevant market has closed, will be voided and stakes returned. Any attempt to exploit delays in live data feeds to gain an unfair advantage constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 9.
Cricket Betting Specific Rules. For BPL, T20 internationals, IPL, and other cricket markets, match result bets require a minimum number of overs to be bowled before the result is deemed official, in accordance with the relevant competition's Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) regulations. Where a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, DLS-adjusted results will be used to settle affected markets. beejjj's settlement decisions on cricket markets are final.
Game Availability. The beejjj casino library — including live dealer games, slots, and arcade-category titles such as Cocktail Nights and Fishing Disco — is subject to change at any time. Games may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice. beejjj is not liable for any loss of access to a particular game or game category.
Game Integrity. Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Bonus Eligibility. Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, the use of third-party funds, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), or any other method deemed abusive by beejjj constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. beejjj reserves the right to void any winnings, forfeit any bonus balance, and permanently close the accounts of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

Termination by the Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting beejjj support. Prior to processing an account closure, beejjj will settle any outstanding bets and process any eligible withdrawal of your account balance to your verified payment method. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account — whether by you or by beejjj — your licence to access the platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits that have not been converted to withdrawable funds in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.
